My wife and I drive from Ocala and have had this service done before, so we expected our experience to be similar to our previous visits. However, this was not the case. Darrell provided us with exceptional service and got us back on the road in half the time we normally spend at this location. I bought and just sold my 2022 GLE 350 4 Matic recently and received my check for the vehicle, I was not told not check the check immediately, as went to check the availability of the funds, and I was info and received my check for the vehicle, I was not told not check the check immediately, as went to check the availability of the funds, and I was informed that there was a Hold on there check for 12 days, wow, if I would have known that I would have put a hold on selling my vehicle to them!!! I have never heard of something so ridiculous as this. They have my vehicle on there lot, but I can not access my funds, The staff you should be upfront with corporate business practices..CONSUMERS BEWARE IF YOU WISH TO SELL YOUR VEHICLE TO AUTONATION!!!!!! More
