Release my funds, or better yet, as I was told that day I would have “My Check on The Spot”, but one thing was not Clarified to me is “That there Checks will have a Hold on Them for 12 Days”!! What is owed on my old 2022 was much less than what the check was for. All I am saying is, Be upfront with People not after the Fact, very Bad Business Practices on AutoNation. I have been a Very Good Customer to your Dealership, there were “No Surprises” with me, upfront and direct and No Excuses, and I would Demand the Same as Respect, not be Shady. Bottom line, your company is making interest on that money but you have my vehicle, tell your customers upfront what could transpire possibly.

My vehicle has “BEEN PAID OFF”, for example if I came into buy another vehicle from you and wrote you a “CHECK AND TOLD YOU THE CHECK WAS GOING TO CLEAR IN 12 DAYS, WOULD YOU RELEASE THAT VEHICLE TO ME”? I think not, so what is the difference here???? I have Filed an Complaint with Department of Consumers Affairs in Tallahassee, against the Dealership and your Corporate Office, Just as an FYI, at least I am informing you and as you did not with me.
