I have tried several times to call and speak to your General Manager. He was either not there or no one answered when I hit the 0 or stayed on the line as your message indicated to do. This is not improving my experience of your dealership.

On Monday, may 8th I received this email and I called the dealership as one of the options or I could respond by email. I called the dealership Monday morning and, spoke to the operator and informed her of the reason for my call and asked to speak to the GM. She was expalined the the reason for the call and I gave her my name and phone number. That was two days ago and I have not received a call back. It stated above we hope to hear from you and I echo that request.

They tried to charge me $8,000 for repairs I completed for $3,400 using brand new MB parts. Their quote included a $300 reset fee for my computer. Rip off artists. My 5 MB cars will never return. More
