Very pleased with attention to detail concerning my 20,000 mile checkup. Mike Nankovitch kept me informed as to what was happening even telling me about the nail in my right rear tire that was causing 20,000 mile checkup. Mike Nankovitch kept me informed as to what was happening even telling me about the nail in my right rear tire that was causing loss of tire pressure. The tire was replaced since the nail was in the shoulder of the tire making it impossible to repair. Overall, I was very satisfed with their work and, as usual, they washed and cleaned my Mercedes when they were done. That is a real gift as far as I'm concerned! More
Had a service appointment on 05/12/23 with Matthew which is a great advisor. The fact I slipped and fell in the facility don’t sit right with me. I feel like I should’ve been offered a discounted service or even the $100 gas card they’re offering More
