Good Service but Poor Communication I scheduled an appointment online at Mercedes-Benz of Wesley Chapel to have new tires installed, arriving at 7:30 for my 7:40 appointment. Unfortunately, I found ou appointment online at Mercedes-Benz of Wesley Chapel to have new tires installed, arriving at 7:30 for my 7:40 appointment. Unfortunately, I found out upon arrival that they didn’t have all four tires available but assured me they would have them by 1 pm. They offered a ride home, and Gabriel, the driver, was professional and courteous. However, the lack of communication throughout the day was frustrating. By 3:40 pm, having received no updates, I tried to reach the dealership via text, email, and phone, but couldn’t get a response. I tried again at 4:05 pm and finally reached Gabriel, who let me know they were still working on my vehicle and expected it to be ready between 6 and 6:45 pm. I decided I would pick it up the following day. At 8:03 pm, I received a text confirming my vehicle was ready. Thankfully, the pickup experience went smoothly the next day, with both Matthew and the billing staff providing excellent service. Overall, better communication would greatly enhance the customer experience. Thank you. More
Horrible service. They gave me an appointment for my 07' MB ML350 because the battery kept losing a charge. Dropped it off 9/9/24 and on 9/13 I was told the battery They gave me an appointment for my 07' MB ML350 because the battery kept losing a charge. Dropped it off 9/9/24 and on 9/13 I was told the battery was good and they would need to look at other parts, 1 being on back order and 1 coming from Germany and they would know more Monday 9/16. Never heard back so on Friday 9/20 I left a VM and sent email and called service dept and no one answered the phone. Monday 9/23 I stopped at dealership and talked with a service Mgr Michelle and she said they don't work on cars this old but this is the 1st time we heard that. She couldn't find any information on my car at all, like it wasn't even there. She said she will call me once she gets this figured out. Next day she calls, still can't find anything so on Friday 9/27 she calls and says it needs a battery even though I was told 2 weeks earlier the battery was fine. Picked the car up 9/30 paid $568 and left but quickly realized that the back up camera, brake lights, turn signals and hatch lift didn't work. Called and spoke with Paul who is a service manager and he basically said "sorry about your luck", they did nothing wrong. He admitted that he told the service dept not to work on my car, that is why it took 3 weeks but no one told me that. If I had not pursued this, then my car would still be there. 2 days later I took the car to a shop that has the ability to work on a MB. While car was sitting there the battery went dead, a brand new battery so MB of Wesley Chapel put a new battery in without finding out why the battery keeps going dead. So they charged me for a battery that I didn't need just to get rid of me. I will never go to them ever again. More

When arriving, we test-drove the vehicle, received a reasonable value on our trade, completed the appropriate paperwork, and ultimately transferred to the finance department to complete the seamless process. This is the third vehicle I have bought from an AutoNation dealer. They have the process dialed in, and it is the first place I look when looking for a new car. The no-haggle process makes for a much more pleasant experience, and this is from someone who enjoys haggling. More
