Stay away! We were customers for years and the service department gets worse & worse. They don’t care - the rep is nice but we need more than nice- Took the car in - Received a call to say EVERYTHING l department gets worse & worse. They don’t care - the rep is nice but we need more than nice- Took the car in - Received a call to say EVERYTHING looked good but needed a battery and blower... fine. I pick the car up the next day and it’s leaking break fluid - we call, have the car towed back and THEN we were told that they didn’t check under the car and that it would be an additional 3k - we just paid them 1600. Instead of properly inspecting the whole car and giving us an opportunity to make a real decision on repair or purchase WHICH WE SHARED WITH THEM REPEATEDLY... all in all they put us in a HORRIBLE position. We’ll now buy a new car- but not from Inskip. More
