I have never had to work so hard to purchase a vehicle. Our sales person was professional and courteous. The finance manager was rude and arrogant. The GM was not able to follow through on promisees. They have missed delivery deadlines twice and we weren't informed of the delay until we showed for delivery. I have had to constantly follow up on there commitments to find out the ball has been dropped.The registration of a new vehicle in Ma is very difficult and time consuming. I would strongly discourage Inskip Motors. If paperwork wasn't sighed a week ago I would have gone to another dealership. ( And I still don't have my car) More
While I had done extensive research on my own, through the internet, friends who own Mercedes and by visiting several dealerships, I found the sales person, Derek Cimini, had the best interest for me and the internet, friends who own Mercedes and by visiting several dealerships, I found the sales person, Derek Cimini, had the best interest for me and the dealership at Inskip Auto Center. It was located much further away from me, and so after Derek gave me the information I wanted on the car there, I thanked him and said I wasn't willing to come that far to get a car, when I could get the same car in at least three dealerships in my immediate area. He didn't push me or get frustrated, he just came back to me the next day with ways he could make it easier for me to purchase the car there, by offering to deliver the car to me. This indeed did help me, and I appreciated not only his resolution in the end but his consistent follow up through out the process. Other dealerships sales people were helpful while I was in the showroom, but none had the follow up that Derek did. Even after the purchase and delivery was concluded, he emailed me the next day to check in and see if I was enjoying the car. Being in sales myself for over 20 years, I know how important the client relationship is, and he never made me feel like it was about the sale of the car but more importantly that I was happy with the car. I still have not heard from the other sales people who did not make the sale. More
We purchased our car from Inskip, in Warwick ,Rhode Island. Harold Gorman was our sales representative. Mr Gorman was probably the BEST sales person my husband and I have ever delt with. He mad us feel welcome and like we were family. He Provided us with all of the fact of Mercedes and let us make our own decision without any sales pressure. When we pick our car up, he explaned all the options and how to use them. Although Mercedes provides you with so many options, It will take me a while to know them all! I will definately recommend any one I know looking for a new car to visit Inskip and definately see Mr. Gorman. Thank you for making purchasing a new car such a pleasent experience. The lease on my current vehicle was expiring so my wife and I visited Inskip late one Saturday afternoon where we met Harold Gorman. Although it was late in the day he took the time to show us several SUV's, let us test drive them for as long as we needed and compared each vehicle to the other not only as to price but also as to features and driving characteristics. When we picked up our new vehicle Mr. Gorman had the vehicle ready and again took the time to answer all of our questions. On both occasions we never felt rushed nor pressured. Needless to say we are quite happy with the purchase of our R350 and would certainly recommend Inskip and in particular Mr. Gorman. More
I contacted three relatively local dealerships in search of a 2010 MB C 63 AMG. I received a quick reply from two, one being INSKIP; I began corresponding with Derek Cimini and immediately located two vehicles equipped as I had requested. We quickly came to terms on the second choice and the vehicle was transported to the dealership. I was able to purchase the vehicle equipped with more options and priced below my expectations. And I had done my research, I knew the dealer invoice and MSRP before hand. It was a hassle free experience with no hidden costs. Derek and his co-workers responsible for my purchase were very professional and considerate of the customer. I've always dreaded having to deal with car salesmen. Most of the time they try to push their own agenda and do not listen to the needs and wants of the customer. This was not the case at INSKIP and I will be using Inskip for sales and service going forward. More

While shopping the market for a GLK I stumbled upon Inskip mercedes-Benz in Warwick RI. The choice making and above all the negotiating has always been difficult. This pleasant experience has changed that, and I will be using Inskip for sales and service going forward....finally anxiety-free. More

I was so very disappointed when I returned to Inskip to attempt to order a new vehicle. My previous experiance with my current vehicle could not have been so different. I fully expected that this experian attempt to order a new vehicle. My previous experiance with my current vehicle could not have been so different. I fully expected that this experiance would be just as pleasent as the first time. Inskip is supposed to be a USAA Certified Dealer and is supposed to honor the price discounts and incentives that are exclusive to USAA customers. This was not the case at all. Right off the bat, there was a $1200 price difference from the list price that I downloaded from the Mercedes Benz website. Then when they presented me with a price for my trade-in there was a $9,000 price difference between KBB, NADA, and Edmonds. My current vehicle was purchased at Inskip, serviced at the inflated service prices at Inskip, and is in excellent condition. What was obviously going on was an attempt to deflect the "certified price" that they were supposed to honor and replace it with a price that would satisfy their obvious greed. This is "old style car sales" at it's best. I know. I used to be in the business and watched this kind of bait and switch all the time. I guess they mistook my enthusiasm about a new vehicle for stupidity. As much as I love my current Mercedes, this experiance has left me very unhappy with Inskip Motor Group. I would not return there in the future for either a purchase or maintenance services, and would not recommend them to anyone else. More

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. I will make specific mention to Jack DeFonseca, who guided us through the entire process with painless ease. After the completely satisfying experience, we drove a Mercedes Benz off the lot that very same day. I highly recommend the trip. More
