My husband took me today to Inskip Mercedes in Warwick to buy me a used Mercedes as a Chrismas gift. Since Mercedes has always been my dream car,I was thrilled to settle with an older model with 95 thousands buy me a used Mercedes as a Chrismas gift. As soon as we meet Frank Merino, he showed us a C300 white Mercedes in mint condition with under 24 thousands miles and worked so hard to give us the best deal of the month to save us thousands of dollars on the purchase. My husband and I could not beleive it. Frank Merino is a kind and honest dealer.I recommend every future Inskip Mercedes customers who read my review to ask for him. He gave us an impeccable service. I walked into the dealership looking for a specific used car with mileage, color & options requirements and a maximum price that I wanted to pay. Brad was the first to approach me, took my information, and did not try to sell me something else. Luckily for all of us, the very car that I was looking for was traded in the next day. Went in to look at 2003 Mitsubishi 4x4 that was advertised. Had been looking around for a while trying to find a decent one at a good price. Went in early on a Saturday morning and Brad met us before we could hit the showroom. We had plannned to visit a few other dealerships. We NEVER got there. Test drove the Mitsubishi and Brad said that he would give us a deal and have the car ready for us in a few hours. We sat down he gave us a price and within minutes we were signing papers and very happy with the deal. We had previously been to over 20 different dealership in Mass and Rhode Island. My wife and I came here to purchase a GL550. We actually scheduled a time to meet on Saturday. We drove 2 hours to this dealer. Even with an appointment the purchase took over 5 1/2 hours with 2 toddler run scheduled a time to meet on Saturday. We drove 2 hours to this dealer. Even with an appointment the purchase took over 5 1/2 hours with 2 toddler running around. All we did is wait. First we waited for them for over an hour to decide what our trades were worth. Then we waited for the loan office to run credit, another half hour (our bank had already closed because they were so slow). Then we waited another hour for a finance person to become available. If that wasn’t enough when we finished with the finance person they figured out the car was not prepped. Add another 2 hours. The salesman actually tried to make us feel bad that they held the car (on deposit) for 2 weeks. Even though we tried to get there a week earlier. When they finally drove the car over to us for delivery it had no gas, no plate and no headphones for the entertainment system. We were told they could have headphones and remotes for us on Monday though. Really? We’re 2 hours away! After some butt chewing they scrounged up hardware but still couldn't figure out how to make it work. How's customer supposed to do it if they can't? This is a $90k car. This stuff should have been ready tested and working when we got there. We did have an appointment after all. This is a luxury car dealer I shouldn’t these guys be bending over backwards for me? Nope, not here. Instead I felt like I was bending over. These guys need to do some benchmarking at local Paul Masse Chevy. That was actually a pleasurable experience! All I can say about this place is STAY AWAY! These guys are not qualified to sell luxury cars. Oh and buy the way all the dealers in that little area are under the same lousy management! This area actually at includes a BMW, Lexus, Audi, Porsche and Bentley Dealer. Michael Montri should loose his job over our experience! We left angry upset disappointed and feeling like we wasted $90k. This was not at all a luxury buying experience instead it was rather frustrating, irritating and insulting. I am actually disgusted by these people! More

Frank went over all the financing options we could chose from . his knowledge of mercedes vehicles was very impressive. Inskip should be very proud and thankful to a representive such as Frank selinng there cars. More
