Frank was very helpful and informative during my purchase of an ML350. I came in already thinking I was going to buy a BMW SUV, but after my test drive with him I changed my mind to buy the Mercedes instead of an ML350. Even after purchasing the car he spent an hour showing me all the ways the customize the car to my needs...where another salesperson might just hand you the keys. We received a call from Frank Merino about upgrading our lease on our Mercedes sedan. He informed us completely about the newer car and its' features. He taught us things about both Mercedes and our particular model that we had not known. He was extremely knowledgable and never pushy. After leasing a newer model for my husband, he promised to locate exactly the car I want, when we are ready. We look forward to dealing with Frank in the future. More
In June, I visited Mercedes Benz of Warwick to test drive a 2012 GLK 350. Frank Merino, my sales person, was extremely professional and helpful as I considered this car. I told him I was still shopping around and that I was also considering waiting for the release of the 2013 GLK350. Frank politely wished me good luck and then dropped me a couple of emails and a phone call during the two months that followed to see how I was doing. Finally, in August, I decided I wanted the 2013 GLK350 because it offered many improvements, particularly in mileage economy. I popped over to the dealership unannounced only to find Frank was not available at the time. His colleague, Frank Giorgi, took me for a test drive in the 2013 and I loved it. However, I told Frank Giorgi from the start that Frank Merino had been working with me. This was never a problem between the two colleagues. Frank Merino took over as soon as he was available, but the dealership never had me wait. I was impressed that the staff understood my time is valuable. They simply filled-in-- a practice I'm sure is mutually agreeable for all involved. Also,I was able to negotiate an agreeable price by doing my homework and researching my new car's actual value at Cars Direct and at Kelly blue book for my trade-in price. My husband never felt he had to come in to negotiate for me. He and I were pleased the dealership treated me with all due respect as an independent and educated woman. I ordered the vehicle of my choice straight from Germany, and believe me, it was worth waiting for. Ever since I got my car a few weeks ago, Frank Merino has been checking in with me and showing me how to use all the latest electronic gizmos that came with my car. I feel very comfortable stopping by the dealership at any time with questions. It has been just great doing business with this dealership. Oh, did I mention my last car was purchased there 11 years ago? The service was excellent all eleven years, so I did not hesitate to return! More

While he possesses great expertise and passion about Mercedes-Benz automobiles, what he wanted most was to facilitate and ensure that I got the best auto that I needed and wanted, regardless of the make. I admit I was skeptical at first but then he connected me with the best sales reps at the other dealerships, bringing me to the dealerships and introducing me. Frank is the absolute best - a real professional. Also, Frank makes car buying quite fun because he's very relaxed and fun. He loves his family, his work, his friends, and his customers - this is why he is so good at what he does and is so fun to be around. After trying out the BMW, Lexus, and Infinity, I made the decision to buy the ML350. From there, I was treated with utmost respect and dignity during the price negotiation process on the new car and my trade. Frank was quick to escalate the negotiations to the manager, Shane Reed, and then to the GM, Richard Hauke. The whole negotiation process went smooth and was hassle free and I got a really good deal. Once negotiations were complete, I was placed in the capable hands of Lex Penza for financing where I got a fantastic loan rate, term and add-on products. Frank and Lex put me on the phone with my insurance company and I got that quickly squared away. Lastly, if you buy a car from Frank, the VIP service does not stop at the end of the sales transaction. He sincerely requests to be the first point of contact to the dealership for everything regarding my new auto so that he can ensure that I get connected to the best service throughout the life of my auto. I am thrilled to be driving the safest and most beautiful car for me and my children. And I have the peace of mind in knowing that Frank's watching out for me and my best interests with regards to my automobile. I brought my new "used" Mercedes SL600 for an oil change and inspection. Service Advisor Brett was more than friendly, went gaga over my car as others commented on it. He was friendly and professional the entire time. When I got there for my appointment Brett knew who I was, even though 1st time, and was ready for me. No waiting at all. Soon after a service tech said hello and then another came along, talked to me about my car, and then politely said she was going to move it forward a bit. By the time I left to be driven home, they had already pulled my car into the bay for oil change and inspection. The car was finished in about 1-1.5 hours, they gave me a complete list of other items I should think about moving forward with parts and labor $$ included. However there was no pressure to spend $$ now, and SL600 passed inspection with flying colors ! Brett then couldn't thank me enough for bring my new Benz to Inskip for service ! We looked at new and previously owned vehicles both outside and in the showroom for quite some time. We were never approached by a sales person. We were planning on the purchase of either a Mercedes or another BMW, and felt no pressure from Doug. He seemed to truly care about our satisfaction in the purchase of a new car. Doug's courteous manner great personality certainly played a big part in our decision to purchase the Mercedes! We had some things to take care of after the purchase, and Doug and other staff members were most helpful. Doug even drove to our house and personally put on our plates after registering our car. Over the past 3 months I actually purchased two new Mercedes-Benz vehicles from Frank. Initially I bought a C300. Although the C300 is a formidable automobile it just was not substantial enough for my needs. Initially both my wife and Frank attempted to convince me that the E350 class was the better choice. They were correct! So I contacted Frank a few months later. He diligently worked to maximize the C300 value while he upgraded me to an E350. Frank quickly located the car of my dreams and I was driving my new E350 a few days later. Given the integrity of salesmen like Frank Merino I highly recommend Warwick Mercedes-Benz. More importantly we consider Frank Merino more than a car salesman. We now include Frank as a member of our extended family.
