Deceptive or Incompetent, you make the call I located a CPO ML350 at MB of Warwick through Mercedes Benz USA's website. I made an appointment, drove the vehicle and negotiated a price with the I located a CPO ML350 at MB of Warwick through Mercedes Benz USA's website. I made an appointment, drove the vehicle and negotiated a price with the sales manager, Erich Henry. I was presented a sales order which I signed and left a $1K deposit on vehicle. Two days later, as I was working with the business manager, Rocco Disimone, he indicated there was an "issue" with the sales agreement. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from Erich Henry who informed me that there had been a mistake in their calculation of the sales tax credit from my trade-in and the final price of the vehicle was now $1,500 higher than the bottom line price on the sales order. If of Erich's goal was to deceive me or if he lacked fundamental knowledge of his business, the outcome was the same, I passed on the sale. No surprise, it took numerous calls and emails to receive my deposit refund. More

We had our '16 GLE350 in service for 20 days, mind you the car was there the previous week for the same issue; supposedly it was fixed?! Let me just keep this to cliff notes on the review. Promised calls(multiple times)from the GM, NONE yet. Compensation for having our car there for a good month(totaling all times the car has been in the shop) NONE yet. The GM isn't THAT more important than any other person, we all have busy schedules, etc...Take the time to make the call, even if you truly don't care, act like it Dan. You're a GM, lead by example. More
Outstanding service regarding a difficult issue. I had been having a recurring problem with my Mercedes GL 350. The check engine light came on intermittently at no particular time. The codes indicat I had been having a recurring problem with my Mercedes GL 350. The check engine light came on intermittently at no particular time. The codes indicated a problem with the ad blue system. To summarize a lengthy issue, two service managers, Joe and Manny, did everything to identify the problem. They kept me up to date and gave me a loaner car. The technician working on the car put in extra hours that evening and tracked down the problem. It was a wire in the wiring harness in under the vehicle where it was hidden from view. A wire was shorting out causing the sensors to work intermittently. I would like to personally thank technician Noel Perez Service, service consultant Manny Correia and service consultant Joe Dias for not giving up and for finding the problem. Excellent job! I highly recommend Mercedes of Warwick thanks to these three individuals. More

I currently drive a Mercedes-Benz and wanted to get my wife into one also. We entered the dealership, and although there was only one other customer, we waited 20 minutes without being approached. Finally, I poked my head inside a manager's office and asked if there was anyone to help us. A salesman was sent over. I mentioned my MB and how I wanted my wife in one. The salesman asked if I bought mine there, and when told no, responded with "Why not?" (more on that later). We described the car we would be interested in; color is non-negotiable, options can be. The salesman went to his desk and looked at his inventory. He told us there was nothing in the Northeast in that color, but he did find one. He said it would take a week to get it, and printed out the details. He then went into the managers office, and came back with the dealership's best price. Except, we have to act immediately as it's the end of the month. When told we wouldn't buy a car sight unseen, and that we haven't even had the chance to test drive a similar car of that model, the salesperson crumpled up the paper and said "forget it then, you're not serious". Why would we buy a car we haven't driven, haven't seen, and would have to pay for in full at least a week before it arrives. We were serious.....about walking out of this place! Now the salesman and you know why I didn't buy mine there, why my wife won't be buying hers there, and why you shouldn't buy yours there either. More
