Horrible unethical dealership So I finally got a call from Jason Visacaria on 4/15. He told me to remove the yelp reviews and we agreed upon a resolution which made me happy. I was supposed to hear back from him today but I had to initially make the phone call. He backed up on his offer that he made on Wednesday 4/15 so this review is back up. Such a horrible dealership, he tried to play the "how would my family feel card on me to remove the yelp reviews." Please save your time and money and do not do business with an unethical team and that is tainting the Mercedes Benz brand. 4/14/2015 Review: Absolutely the worst follow up for a dealership. Jason left a comment replying to my previous review but hasn't called back once neither has the other person Tom Slagle has the curtesy to return my phone calls. The dealership is digging itself in a hole and this type of service is not what a consumer expects of Mercedes Benz Brand. The corporate headquarters really need to start an investigation on their practices. These guys are beyond garbage. 3/29/15 Review: I didn't believe the horrible reviews till I had a bad experience with them yesterday. I'd give them zero stars if I could. These guys have to be the biggest liars & most unethical people. Yet Bao said he's never lied before - hah! I bought a 2015 c300 on March 1, 2015. I came in for a test drive the night before and inquired of George Nijmeh about the 237 miles on the odometer and why it was so high. He states it was a dealer trade. However on the sticker of the car it said Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek so I wasn't quite convinced that he was being truthful. The car also has wheel curbed rash on the rear passenger wheel which I noticed the night I too, delivery. The passenger panel also had chipped paint, they did take care of both those issues. However, I am not sure what else could be wrong with the car underneath. Last night I found a borrowed car agreement which explained the high miles and that George and the dealership was lying to me about the high miles. All I've simply asked is to produce a document that states that my car was a dealer trade but Jason and the whole team of liars keep telling me that it's not possible to produce such a document. I find that hard to believe in 2015. More

I had a check in hand to purchase the car and on Ryan's advice, I filled out the online forms for financing. What does this say about the dealership? More
My family has bought a few cars from Mercedes Of Walnut Creek. They have always been competitive and fair on the pricing. The service department has always been kind, prompt and quick to solve problems correctly. The sales person Kevin, very friendly, helpful and I truly feel he works for his clients. We keep getting mailers to come down and terminate our lease for an excellent deal on a new mercedes. So we timed this just right to order a new car in time for lease end. To our surprise there is new management and the pricing i excessive. The dealer was always the best in northern california in pricing. I know I want what is a "hot model" today the Gl 350 or Gl 450, but in 90-120 days when this car comes in I doubt it will be as hot as it is this minute. Supplies will catch up with the demand. The price quoted was the worst of any in northern california. So It is time to find a new place to buy cars from. I was told to check back when the next lease expires in less than 1 year. But I am going to start a new relationship with a facility that wants my total business for life. To bad this is the dealer in my home town. More
