I purchased a 2011 GL550. My experience started with Samantha Tannock, an Internet Sales Rep. After several phone calls and text messages, I made an appointment to see the car and discuss the purchase of the vehicle. On the morning of my appointment, I received a text message from Kevin Rasul advising me that my appointment would be with him. We drove from Reno, NV where we live to see and purchase the car. When I arrived, I met with Kevin who was very personable and was concerned for my Mom and sister-in-law Nadia who was with me. He ensured they were both comfortable along with our two puppies that were with us. Kevin took me to the car so I could see it. Kevin explained every facet of the car including the fact that they had just received the car a few days earlier and had not yet had the opportunity to make some repairs. He explained that there was some work that needed to be performed on the car including brand new tires, a new rear suspension, a new windshield, and some dings that needed to be repaired. He pointed all of these things out and allowed me to ask questions and point things out that I had noticed. The car's interior was immaculate to the point of appearing as though no one had even sat in the car before. The fact that Kevin was very honest with me in revealing all of the things that needed to be repaired was a big plus for me. When purchasing a used vehicle, most dealerships I have dealt with are not as honest as one would think. Kevin also included a second key and rear cargo privacy cover at no additional cost. Kevin advised me that I would not be able to take the car home that day, but he would arrange for the car to be delivered to my home in Reno, NV (approximately 200 miles away) at no cost to me. I already had my financing in place before I arrived at the dealership, which made my time spent at this dealership much more pleasant. I met with Frank Bogut in finance to finalize the deal and sign my paperwork. The process took less than 10 minutes to complete as he had everything ready to go. Frank was quite pleasant and explained to me every piece of paper I had to sign to complete the purchase. I have read many reviews on this dealership and I am amazed at the amount of negativity. I spent less than 1.5 hours at this dealership which is the least amount of time I have ever spent at any dealership purchasing a car. All of the repairs were completed as promised. I was kept apprised during the entire repair process. My car arrived the morning that Kevin had promised. What more could one ask for? This is my fifth Mercedes-Benz and when I am ready for my next one, this is the dealership I will return to. I have learned that in purchasing a luxury vehicle such as a Mercedes-Benz whether new or used, a great deal of one's experience is in one's attitude and treating with respect those you deal with. I do understand that everyone's experience will be different from another person's experience, but I believe that if you treat people with respect, you will receive respect in return. More

Now for me, I usually hate going to car dealerships because of salespeople "pouncing" on customers trying to get that sale. However, sales consultant Kevin Rasul was very patient and helpful with me. As soon as I arrived, I was just roaming around looking at the various vehicles, didn't really want to be bothered. Then Kevin came out introducing himself professionally and asked typical questions on what I was interested in. I told him the different models and colors/ interiors I liked. Kevin told me he'll go look up their inventory based on what I wanted and for me to go on ahead and look around or wait inside while he got a list. Offered my wife and I refreshments and anything to eat while we waited. Like I said, Kevin was patient with me as I looked at the different vehicles, with him bringing the cars to me instead of having to go to the different lots they have. Never any pressure and always being hospitable. After I decided on what I wanted, he worked out for me a deal that I was happy with. So thank you Kevin! I would like to say Omar in finance was very nice as well. Very friendly and helpful. We say this with plenty of certainty, especially after having visited four other BENZ dealerships in the SF Bay Area. Jimmy was very knowledgeable about the various models we were interested in; and he helped us to find the perfect one for us. Even though, we showed-up, almost at closing time, he and his staff stayed late into the evening, as long as it was necessary to make it happen...until we drove-off with the car. They had the exact car that we wanted, and were able to work out the numbers to fit our budget. We worked directly with the manager Jason Viscarra and salesman Garrett Shaver. Both were super friendly, extremely knowledgable and very helpful without being pushy. I never felt pressure to decide that day.
