The salesman had no idea what he was doing. The Manager had to orchestrate the entire deal for my 2024 GLC new car. Intentionally overcharged me for registration and never credited me back the excess and in addition kept the money from a payment I had made the day before with my trade. Beyond disgusted with them and will never go back. Since I purchased the car in July, I have purchased 3 more cars since then for my businesses and because of their carelessness and poor treatment of clients, they will never have my loyalty. More
Have had awful experience. Only provided one key because the other key was missing. Drove there the second time , 100 mins drive and still was not there to get programmed. The only problem with this Dealership was that they couldn't sell the car that we wanted originally (it was on recall). So, it made the whole buying process much longer and not as smooth as should be. We are very happy with our new car. Thanks! More

Recently, I came back to purchase/lease 2024 EQE 350 4matic simply because of my previous experience even though I am from out of state. Unfortunately, my experience is the opposite and until today, my issues are not resolved! First and foremost is my paperworks. I completed all pertinent documents, signed and notarized and sent it back within 24 hours thinking it would avoid delay DMV processing. I just hang up from DMV CARSON CITY, talked to 3 different agents and they all said the same answer which is NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE! Meaning nothing was submitted yet at this time and to top it all, I haven’t received any tags for me to drive while waiting for my registration and plates. I am running out of time. I got a temporary movement permit but it will expire this Saturday, October 19 and I will not be able to drive the car anymore without anything! My second issue is curb rash on the driver side rim. Thomas Laurent and Caleb Go , my sales team instructed me to bring the wheel to Alloy Wheel Repair and keep the receipt for a refund. Work done, uploaded receipt back to Caleb but never responded back. Lastly, hard water mark to all the glass area and the hood. I cleaned it several times myself with different kinds of windshield cleaner but till today, all marks are still there. Brought the car to my service advisor at Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz and I was advised to have my car detailed which will cost me additional $250 in addition to the curb rash repair of $190. Instead of enjoying my car I have been so stressed especially with my paperworks. PLEASE HELP!!! More
