Finance Department Does NOT Comply with CA State Law Well, I gave them 5-stars. That is for the sales individual. However, their finance department now deserves 1-star. I had a 10-day pay-off agreement f Well, I gave them 5-stars. That is for the sales individual. However, their finance department now deserves 1-star. I had a 10-day pay-off agreement for my old GLK. However, under California law, they have 21-days to pay off the car. I am now sitting at 25 days and my car loan is not paid off. Although, that was part of my finance agreement. I have called Mercedes- Benz of Walnut Creek, e-mailed the Finance Manager and General Manager. I do not think it is too difficult to ask: 1. comply with State Law; 2. provide the payoff check number and Fed Ex tracking number to the original loan provider; 3. If you forgot to do your job when will the payoff be mailed? My trade has already been posted online for sale. They left my license plates on for the photos. Let's talk about tacky! And, since the photos are now removed, I am assuming the car is sold or removed from the lot. I don't think it is too hard to e-mail me or give me a callback. I have now escalated my issue to Corporate Mercedes- Benz. To add fuel to this fire, this is the second car I have purchased from this dealership and my third Mercedes! So, buyer beware! There are 11 Mercedes- Benz dealerships in the Bay Area, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! More
My second vehicle from Mercedes Benz Walnut Creek! I just purchased my second vehicle from Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek. I drove in thinking I was just replacing the remote keys in my 2015 GLK. I saw I just purchased my second vehicle from Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek. I drove in thinking I was just replacing the remote keys in my 2015 GLK. I saw a beautiful GLCe near the show room and wondered how much my car was worth. I walked in and spoke to Hany. We discussed the pros of the hybrid vehicle. He methodically went through my needs of a car. Did NOT try to over sell me. Gave me a realistic value of my trade-in and we went for a test drive. Needless to say, less then three hours later I drove home in a new 2019 GLCe. The entire process was professional, friendly, fun, and painless. As a female, they are professional and don’t take advantage of you. Hany understands both his customers and his cars! My husband was quite surprised when I came home! I highly recommend joining the Mercedes Benz Walnut Creek Family! More
Dishonest and no follow through Very dishonest from the beginning. I was told the quote for my car online was just a way to get me in the door. The salesperson (Nick) didn't explain anything on the features of the car. After I left I found some problems that should have been caught in the "Certified" inspection. Clearly it wasn't done. The only reason they called me back at all is because they forgot to collect the correct amount of money for the down payment. After that they wouldn't stop calling. My advice, stay away from this dealership. More

Delays in ordering/receiving parts, work-arounds, and manipulation …all to benefit the service department organization financially -while hoping customers won’t be too upset with the delays or notice the difference in the lower-quality of the repair. Hopefully my feedback will be used to ensure future customers at Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek service department will have that “World Class Customer Experience” -that I never received. More
