The appointment scheduler called me may be 15 times and followed up until I reached the showroom. The sales man Jerel Shelton showed us the car, spoke well and we signed the documents. We requested that the car be fully detailed inside out, engine cleaned, floor mats to be placed and owners manual be given to us. They delivered the car to us after may be three days in the same condition that we saw when we signed the document without doing any work what so ever. The car was not even vacuumed properly. Birds of a feather…..: Sent an SMS to Jerel salesman and he sent me a message back saying he is extremely busy! Waited for the holiday season to be over and called again no one returned my call. Called and spoke to Jei Mamdov sales manager, he said “ leave it with me and I will get back to you”. Till today he never got back to me. Called and left a message for Jason Viscarra general Manager…he did not even bother to call me back. To day is 25 March 2020 One may decide what kind of service and treatment should be expected from this car dealer, car may be good is that all one need? More

We drop by Tuesday night to see a vehicle of our interest and we talked to Ou our sales person to see if he can find us the vehicle. He did find it and we are not really satisfied with the condition of the e and we talked to Ou our sales person to see if he can find us the vehicle. But, he still insisted to help us find the same exact trim, and one thing you know we sign the paper work and we got the car that we wanted.
