This place is a nightmare! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. Chao is the sales person we initially dealt with. She acted super fake friendly in front of my husband and I but when on my way to the restroom, I heard h is the sales person we initially dealt with. She acted super fake friendly in front of my husband and I but when on my way to the restroom, I heard her making disparaging remarks about us in the manager area. She also kept punching her fellow employees while they submitted to the "playful" violence which presented like a scene from a middle school locker room. When she returned from her adolescence antics she acted like she was doing us a favor by telling us they charge $2,000 above actual cost of Extended Warranties and $1,500 over the actual cost Servicing Plans and how she was going to give us a better deal!!! This is highway robbery!! How is telling anyone this going to build credibility?? Being here for over three hours we also had the pleasure of overhearing other sales people either brag about how much money they were making or complaining about how other sales people were being given car deals by some managers while they struggled. What ever the case is with your pay, please keep it to yourself. It does not bode well when people who are going through the buying process overhear about complaints about your internal company political issues. It must be terrible to work here. After we ran credit and she thought she had a deal Chao then handed us off to her "partner" John Carandang who didn't know much about anything because she wanted to go eat lunch with the managers. The same people she was punching earlier. He was nice enough but was distracted with other calls and texts which took precedence over assisting us. He really only seemed like a place holder for Chao. Chi was the sales manager who came out at the last minute and acted like we knew absolutely nothing about leasing and financing options. He quoted us a very high rate for financing while justifying it by saying the loan amount was over $100k. We were able to get a much lower rate through our bank so it was clear he was trying to gouge us even further. When asking for the buy rate (which is the rate the bank actually approved us for) he avoided the question and kept trying to convince us his financing options were the best. We have purchased at least 15 Mercedes-Benz vehicles from other Bay Area dealers over the last 25 years and can tell you this place is not at the level of professionalism or expertise we have come to expect when purchasing high end luxury vehicles. We live in the same neighborhood as the General Manager Jason Viscarra who runs this place. He was quick to brag about being #1 in our neighborhood but fails to mention he operates this store like college fraternity and gouges people who come in. He was too important to even come down from his office to greet us. Believe us when we say we know who you are Jason. You were gifted this position through the connections your mother has and it is evident you do not know how to sustain long term success when you try to take advantage people like this. If this place is the #1 now in Bay Area Sales then Mercedes-Benz USA should be ashamed of themselves for allowing the reputation of their brand to be tarnished with the way Jason runs this place. We ended up buying both of our Mercedes-Benz vehicles elsewhere and had a much better experience. This took about a month longer because we had to wait for the two cars to come in but it was definitely worth the wait. I will never return here again for anything. We plan to go elsewhere for our servicing. Oh and we bought the Mercedes-Benz Extended Warranties and Service plans elsewhere which saved us over $6k on our two vehicle alone!! BEWARE OF MB OF WALNUT CREEK. More
Mercedes of Walnut Creek is not straightforward. It is a waste of time to deal with a dealership whose management likes to play games. We ended up going to another dealership to handle our transaction. waste of time to deal with a dealership whose management likes to play games. We ended up going to another dealership to handle our transaction. That dealership was straight forward. We give our loyalty to businesses that are easy to deal with. More
I brought my car in twice over a moth ago for squeaky breaks. At the time they said that I didn't need brakes but I had a leak in my reservoir tank that needed to be repaired right away. I told my servic breaks. At the time they said that I didn't need brakes but I had a leak in my reservoir tank that needed to be repaired right away. I told my service advisor that I didn't see or smell anything that would indicate a leak nor have I EVER seen any lights on in my car supporting their findings. But he insisted that the work needed to be done so I had them do the work. A few days later a "check coolant" light came on in my car. I brought it back and was told that they needed to add coolant. A few days after that the light came back on. I made an appointment to bring it back. I dropped it off on 10/13. I didn't hear anything back so I called on 10/15. No one returned my call. On 10/18 I get a call from the service advisor telling me that they do not see anything leaking. I responded by telling him that there was NEVER anything leaking. He told me that they would have to remove something in the engine to see if the leak was in the engine$$$$$$. This is ridiculous!!!!! I never had a leak, never had a light on, and never had an issue with the coolant system before I let their service department work on my car. I had an oil change and a break inspection just before the "alleged" work needed to be done and they could see that there were zero warning lights on in my car. On top of all of this the service advisor casually added that my car had a dent in it. I was outraged. My car is in pristine condition. He went on to say that he already has a body shop coming to pick the car up because an employee backed into my car. They were going to send my car to the shop without telling me. They have had my car for 2 weeks; I have a car with a coolant light that will remain on because I will never allow Walnut Creek MB to work on my car again at my expense. I don't think I should have to pay thousands of dollars for my engine to be taken apart for a problem that I never had in the first place, and I have no idea how this paint job on the trunk of my car is going to look when/if I ever get my car back. I am very disappointed. I brought my car in for squeaky breaks and an oil change. This was the biggest mistake ever. I should have never let their team do work that most likely didn't even need to be done. I have never had an issue at any dealership with any of my vehicles or been scammed into having work done unnecessarily. Very disappointing. Never again More
Just wow! From beginning to end my experience with this dealership and my sales team went from great to amazing! The responsiveness to questions regarding car availability and feature/comparisons was time dealership and my sales team went from great to amazing! The responsiveness to questions regarding car availability and feature/comparisons was timely and accurate. Everyone I encountered (especially my sales rep Joaquin) was friendly, kind and knowledgable. I not once felt pressured, on the contrary I felt like he were there to help me find the car of my dreams! (Even got one shipped from Long Beach so I could test drive a hard to find car!). Long story short - mission accomplished. Closing was a breeze. They were flexible with our negotiations and kept me in the showroom long enough to collect fundamentals of paperwork. No more hours hanging out in the showroom. Joaquin got the car ready, delivered it to my home with a big red bow and we signed paperwork on delivery. Start to finish - best in class! More

Have been going to this dealership for 15 years. Everyone is kind and helpful. Shuttle drivers are excellent. To add more words would be redundant. Everyone is kind and helpful. Shuttle drivers are excellent. To add more words would be redundant. More
This was absolutely the worst experience buying a car I have ever had in my life. I walked with "cash". That meant they could only profit from the sale and not the financing also. I was treated like a comp have ever had in my life. I walked with "cash". That meant they could only profit from the sale and not the financing also. I was treated like a complete piece of trash. Bad credit nearly ruined my life. I vowed never to use credit again. I saved for over a year to buy this car so I could have a nice car . I looked online for car with all the features I wanted. I found one online at MB of Walnut Creek. The car was advertised without doing a safety on it, so I couldn't test drive. I had to wait until the middle of the next week before I do a road test. Yuri, my salesman wanted me to pay for the car and do the deal even before I road tested it. Really? I came back and road tested it. I wanted the car. That's when the lies started. I was asked to fill out this information on this pad. It was was an application for credit. I told him I was paying cash. I refused to apply for credit. Yuri said, No this is just how we just information from. I said, no this is a credit application. He came back again, He said no, this is to avoid fraud. I said I'll give you any info you need. I don't need to apply for credit. The Asian manager came over and then lied to me to. This is to avoid fraud. I said No, this is a credit application. This is what you do, I told him. I told him I don't qualify for credit. My credit score it 500. So then he tells me have to go to my Credit Union and get a cashier's check. ( You know, because it could be fraud) My Credit Union was an hour and a half away in rush hour traffic and would be closed when I got there. I told him that it wouldn't work. Yuri comes back and says I just have to fill out the pad (credit application). so I start filling it and stop. No, I can't do this. Credit ruined my life. I want nothing to do with it. It was like asking me to xxxx my sister. I stopped and said I can't fill this out. Yuri was panicking. I was ready to walk out. I should have. Yuri entered some bogus info on the pad and said sign there. I signed it. I wanted the car. They ran my credit against my wishes. I gave them my debit card for the purchase. Then I had to deal with the closer. I signed all the paperwork. He hands me a paper - sign here for the loan you applied for. "575" he says with a smirch. At least it was the final insult. Yuri gave me my one key. ( a second key is going to cost me 450 at the Nissan dealer), and I drove away, insulted and disgusted. I really expected more from a Mercedes Benz dealer. I'll make sure all my friends know of my experience. More
