My subsequent experience with the service department (manager and advisor) was positive and productive as they tried very hard to resolve the situation and took the time to explain and describe the airbag assembly and issues with the parts. I do however have a case reported to MB related to the airbag recall, Which I feel should include the recent repair (and parts) that was paid. I appreciate their efforts on my behalf. thank you.
