We noticed jerking after 5 days of purchase of our GLC 300. We immediately informed the Sales person and we were told it must the dynamic. 9 days after purchase date, there was a notification in the dashb 300. We immediately informed the Sales person and we were told it must the dynamic. 9 days after purchase date, there was a notification in the dashboard, can’t do reverse drive. The tow driver even mocked me by saying there’s nothing wrong with the car, I just don’t know how to drive a Mercedes Benz. Car ended up towed to the dealership. We were told the transmission valve was defective and needed to be replaced. Although the dealership people were very accommodating and responsive especially James, it’s very frustrating that brand new car that we perceived to be reliable is NOT. We got the car back however we have yet to see if it’s actually worth purchasing it. This is supposedly a brand new car. We will hold the company Mercedes Benz accountable and responsible if something happens to us while on board this car due to mechanical problems or factory defects. More
