It was my husband’s and mine first time purchasing a car together and Savaun (sales manager) worked so patiently with us! He spent hours letting us make our minds and giving us time to really explore our op together and Savaun (sales manager) worked so patiently with us! This dealership experience has been the worst yet. Purchased car on a Saturday, provided a check that was intended to be held until I brought cashiers check on Monday am, when brought cashiers check t Purchased car on a Saturday, provided a check that was intended to be held until I brought cashiers check on Monday am, when brought cashiers check the dealership informed me they already processed the check payment. Now they had double payment. To follow this they sent me off the lot with tire pressure that was over 10 psi the recommended allowance. I had to bring bank in to reconfigure. On 5th day of ownership a light came on on my way to a meeting that states “malfunction do not exceed 50 mph” I brought car in and service department informed me that they had no loaners. I had to cancel an incredibly important meeting. The receptionist on the sales floor has 0 customer service. Rather than look at customers she stares down at the computer and/or her phone. I’m not generally a complainer but overall this experience has been horrific! More
