Half done work isn't better than no work. I purchased a 2021 in October that was missing the Hermes Communication chip. The chip became available in May of 2022 and it was retrofitted by th I purchased a 2021 in October that was missing the Hermes Communication chip. The chip became available in May of 2022 and it was retrofitted by the service department. I appreciate James getting that done. Unfortunately to take advantage of the features of the chip, sales has to register the vehicle to the new owner and in spite of numerous calls and texts to have them do that I get no response from the sales department and very little information from the service department. Customer service requires communication and being helpful to your customers. Apparently Tracy either doesn't understand that or care to do that. More

My service advisor was Jim Carey. He was very professional and courteous. He took plenty of time to explain my A service on my GLE 350. Sadly, I did not purchase my 2020 Benz from here due to a professional and courteous. He took plenty of time to explain my A service on my GLE 350. Sadly, I did not purchase my 2020 Benz from here due to a very rude salesman named Howard. The reason I did not rate this dealership a 5 is because it does not give the owner the "special" feeling of owning a luxury vehicle, as previous Benz dealers over the past 22 years. The lounge area was just OK. No snacks and uncomfortable bar chairs. Even our local Toyota dealer offers donuts in the morning. One would think a Mercedes dealer could at least do the same. Overall, a pleasant experience. More
The very helpful to get my tire changed when I was moving my child into Baylor on a Saturday afternoon.
