we took it in for service and registration inspection I got a quote of 950.00 including the reg insp. they charged over 1600.00and since it was insp. in austian tx. last year and it passed. so they did not got a quote of 950.00 including the reg insp. they charged over 1600.00and since it was insp. in austian tx. last year and it passed. so they did not do the insp. because the front had a little factory tint . now we have to go to a inspection tsation or have the wind shield replaced. we had to wait 3 days for them to tell they could not do inspection More
We are visiting family in the area and I cringed when the service light came on. I made the first available appointment and took the car in two days later. Garrett did an excellent job of working my car in, especially since we were dealing with having only one car at our disposal. I had a tire pressure issue on ONE TIRE. The FIRST time, I took it to the dealership they said that it just needed to be recalibrated. I had the same problem a week later, so I took it back The FIRST time, I took it to the dealership they said that it just needed to be recalibrated. I had the same problem a week later, so I took it back. I left it there for an entire day from 8 am till after 3pm. They were not able to get to my car that day and the mechanic could not find a problem through diagnostics. They asked me to leave it over night for a simple tire pressure malfunction! I showed them the problematic tire from my vehicle’s app and took pictures of two drop down tire indicators tabs on the vehicle dash! The service advisor said they are down to one mechanic and that the manager was not there! No one was able to authorize a go ahead authorization to change out this malfunctioning tire indicator device! I would hate if something major goes wrong! Would they be able to figure it out, get the part ordered, and put it in a timely manner.? I am now driving around town afraid to get on the highway and waiting until the service department can get some more support! More
