Couldn't pass up a great opportunity I went to MB of Virginia Beach for regular maintenance on my C-Class. It was going to take some time so I had set up a loaner. I was talking to my service adviser, Jeff, and told him I didn't want to put a lot of money into it as I was going to be trading out within the next few months. He asked me what I was going to get and I told him that it would probably be the GLC. He said, "Let me see if we have one in the loaner fleet you can drive for the day." And fortunately one was in stock! So I drove that and loved it. He also said he'd get a guy from sales to call me with a few numbers. Donovan called and I told him what I was looking for. He called me back the next day with some options - the numbers didn't work at first, but we switched some options around and we went with a 2019 instead of a 2018. I told him I'd be in later that day to sign the paperwork. When I got there, Donovan was waiting for me. I took a look at the vehicle and signed the paperwork. When done, Yogi came up and introduced himself and we had a pleasant conversation. The entire process was pretty much done over the phone which worked with my schedule that day. It was very smooth from beginning to end - starting with the service experience. Had Jeff not had actually been listening to what I was saying, I may not have bought a car that day. Thanks everyone! This car is magnificent! He searched along the east coast to find the particular model and accessories I required. I am now happily driving the car like I did the 2014. I appreciate all that Glenn and Yogi do to make sure the customer/dealer relationship comes first - it is more important to these men than the sale. And as for service, I cannot begin to describe the wonderful relationship I have had with Shari Meyers over the many years! She keeps my car in perfect running condition as she fully understands the need for me to travel safely with my precious cargo! More

It takes an hour at the most to get you in a car of your choice And IF you do not find a car of your choosing, no worries - no pressure - they are there for you when you are ready to buy and questions - sure - bring them - sales people are trained to get answers for you even if they have to do extra work to find out the answers to your questions. You will not find a nicer bunch of employees than at MB of VB. My husband and I have been dealing with them for about 10 years and we do not go anywhere else but there. More
