Product Concierge and Salesperson were fantastic Christopher Bradfield, the Product Concierge from Ray Catena Mercedes-Benz who spent over 2 hours introducing me to my 2014 S-550, was patient, knowle Christopher Bradfield, the Product Concierge from Ray Catena Mercedes-Benz who spent over 2 hours introducing me to my 2014 S-550, was patient, knowledgeable and very courteous. He delivered the car to my home and even helped set up the garage door opening codes. Just a great experience. Thank you Chris. Stan Baum was also great to work with on the sales side. Responsive, no-nonsense and knowledgeable. Looking forward to getting my next Mercedes through Stan. More

My windshield wiper actually blew off on the way to work at 6am, I called Mercedes Benz of Union and talked to Jamie told him my story,and he had wiper delivered to my work and installed within 45 minutes. at 6am, I called Mercedes Benz of Union and talked to Jamie told him my story,and he had wiper delivered to my work and installed within 45 minutes.
