My experience with Mercedes Benz of Union was amazing. Sales team was great, and service was just as strong. I ran into a small issue with my vehicle within a week of purchasing, and Zach in service saved Sales team was great, and service was just as strong. I ran into a small issue with my vehicle within a week of purchasing, and Zach in service saved the day. He explained the entire process to me, which helped me understand exactly how they function as a team. The manager Patty came out, introduced herself and was able to squeeze me in for service fhe following day, and have me a loaner car to drive while the repair was being made. My advisor Matthew communicated the whole time. Happy customer! More
I’ve had a positive experience with Ray Catena for about 6 years now until recently. I’m going to assume that Covid has caused the staff to become so insensitive to others. Not only did Ray Catena in Union Service dissatisfy me, but Mercedes Financial Services are just as detestable. I have given these people too much money to be treating in such manner… They don’t return calls, leave you on hold for an extended people of time and are not willing to properly assist you without an astronomical fee being attached. You guys are disgusting! I hope you lose every customer you have and maybe you will start to value your customers.. More

Horrible service. I was overcharged and the work that I took my vehicle in for was never completed and they still expect me to pay, after I already paid for them to check an oil leak. They told me to drive took my vehicle in for was never completed and they still expect me to pay, after I already paid for them to check an oil leak. They told me to drive around for 3 weeks so that they could see where the oil leak was coming from and then they are charging me an additional $516.00 to look again. Every time I visit there is a new service manager. I purchased my other Mercedes from Contemporary Motor Cars and had the same Service rep for the entire 12 years. i will not be purchasing my next vehicle here or have them service it. I will be returning to Contemporary Motor Cars or BMW. More

The sales person responsible assigned to deal with me (a lady, her name is Joe)is not existing always "she is away from her desk" or "she didn't come today". They didn't give me a reference to use when I call and every time you call you have to tell the story from the beginning. Some time they put me on hold for more than 40 minutes. The manager of the parts department "Jime" was soo rude. They charged me almost $1200 for one single key. You are handcuffed when your car is not running and you have to tow the car to their shop and you can not make this key anywhere else. I will burn my car before I have to deal with this dealer next time. More
