The only reason we go to this branch of Ray Catena is because of Dawn. If they assign anyone else to you, insist on working only with Dawn. She is on top of everything, promptly answering texts and calls because of Dawn. If they assign anyone else to you, insist on working only with Dawn. One time I called her and I heard her literally walk to the mechanic and give an update right then and there. Who does that? Dawn is the best and I wish every car shop had someone just as diligent and amazing as her. More

In mid September 2024 I had my SL55 serviced. It was a brilliant experience. I don't know all the Team in the background, but much of the follow through is orchestrated by Dawn D'Argenio. Dawn is a kind, warm, and knowledgeable communicator keeping me up to date on a regular schedule. She also made me aware of special savings that were available. I went to Ray Catena because my key fob was not working and I had no spare. I was assigned to a service consultant named Jillian Maloff. This encounter was a bad experience for me as I found Ms. Mallory t and I had no spare. I was assigned to a service consultant named Jillian Maloff. This encounter was a bad experience for me as I found Ms. Mallory to be very short and condescending. Not very pleasant. Now to the dealership over all. I was charged $1,436 for a replacement key after paying to have my car towed to the dealership. When I questioned Ms. Malloff about cost of the key, her attitude exuded frustration and disdain for my concern. None the less my car was there.I proceeded with the replacement, which took 14 days to complete. Upon picking up my car the invoice stated they had to jump start my car as the battery was not holding a charge. My question to her was the alternator was charging the battery when I brought it in here. Her snide answer to me was “I don’t know about “ your alternator the battery is showing high resistance and not holding a charge”. 3weeks ago I had a coil pack replaced by my mechanic shop and there was no indication of a voltage problem when they put it on the analyzer. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone as they were not honest and reputable, only tried to up sell me and overprice there service. More
