They had our vehicle in their care for about 10 weeks, sent it to body shop as per service rep, and was told by body shop they can not return car to us because nothing was fixed. Body shop which was excel sent it to body shop as per service rep, and was told by body shop they can not return car to us because nothing was fixed. Body shop which was excellent had to clean up the mess. Took another 2 weeks but did the job to the T, not Union Ray Catena Service department. Embarrassment. More

The only reason we go to this branch of Ray Catena is because of Dawn. If they assign anyone else to you, insist on working only with Dawn. She is on top of everything, promptly answering texts and calls because of Dawn. If they assign anyone else to you, insist on working only with Dawn. She is on top of everything, promptly answering texts and calls (which as everyone knows can be very important to alleviate car issue anxiety), arranging pick up and drop off, and overall just being so knowledgeable about processes and timelines. One time I called her and I heard her literally walk to the mechanic and give an update right then and there. Who does that? Dawn is the best and I wish every car shop had someone just as diligent and amazing as her. More
