This was my first time in a Mercedes dealer and I didn't know what to expect. We walked into the used car section and these cars looked brand new. He explained the car thoroughly and explained the attractive financing that was available. He was personal and business-like. When I came back on Monday to purchase, the conversation was very professional. He checked out various financing options to find the best. There was never the pressurized hard sell. We came to a good deal and I was very satisfied. He ordered a part for the car that was covered by warranty and explained about using the service department and the free car washing service. When the purchase was finished, he had a technician go over the car with me to explain anything I would need to know for the drive home. Ray Catina's dealer experience is far more like a Four Seasons Hotel than a car dealership. More

I would highly recommend using this dealership and specifically, dealing with Tim Antonisyn. My credit is not on the high scale, but he worked with his manager and was able to put me into a beautiful specifically, dealing with Tim Antonisyn. I met Sal when shopping for a car to replace my current lease, Sal was extremely friendly and took his time to explain all of my options. Long story short, I spoke to Sal a couple of times over the phone and he was able to answer all of my questions and as a result I returned to the dealership to put a deposit down on the car that I wanted (car had to ordered). Coincidentally, my wife was also in the market for a new car, she had her eyes set on a different brand and model, but because of the great experience Sal provided us at Ray Catena we figured we give him a try.
