As a Ray Catena client, to make life easier when you visit our Service Center with an appointment, you'll receive a complimentary Mercedes-Benz Courtesy Vehicle. We have a large loaner car fleet to ensure Ray Catena clients still get to drive a Mercedes-Benz. Please contact a Service Coordinator to make the necessary arrangements.
Shoe Shine
Ray Catena Owners can also utilize our Shoe Shine Service in the time-honored tradition of professionals taking a break from their busy schedules to have their shoes cleaned and polished while relaxing in our lounge.

Car Wash
When you're a Ray Catena client, there's no excuse to drive around town in a dirty Mercedes-Benz. Ray Catena clients can get complimentary car washes at any of our New Jersey or New York locations.

Guest lounge
Ray Catena clients are welcome to relax in our Guest Lounge, where they can enjoy a cup of coffee, an espresso, or cold beverage. Our lounge also features a business center with high speed Wi-Fi so you can check your email, find out how the market is doing, or just surf the net. Feel like a game of pool? Our lounge also features a regulation sized pool table!

The lease on my Infiniti was near due so I stopped in to check out Mercedes. I explained what I was looking for and he worked with me without passing me off to a "manager" or trying to coerce me into something I wasn't interested in. Rich stayed true to his word and I drove off in my first Mercedes without the slightest bit of pressure or stress. Thank you, Rich, for a great shopping experience and for your excellent attention to detail. You have definitely converted me! The dealership is meticulous and the sales personnel are practically invisible, seeming to pop up only when needed. I would highly recommend Rich Kazdan and Ray Catena Mercedes of Union to anyone wishing to try a Mercedes on for size. I did and it fits....really well!!!! More

Ray Catena Mercedes Benz of Union gave me the absolute best experience I've ever had in my entire life. I've been buying and leasing cars for 45 years and I never met a greater group of people. My Salesman, Rich Kazdan listened to what I wanted and then worked with me to get a truly great deal. Even my son Adam who deals with cars all the time said that this deal was unbelievable! I highly recommend Ray Catena of Union and also Rich Kazdan to anyone looking for a great car and a great leasing/buying experience. I will be going back in two years when my lease ends and getting another Mercedes from them. More
