It was my first time there and my first time looking at a Mercedes. I was warmly greeted and given red carpet treatment by all the staff. My sales agent Gary Wilson was wonderful and very helpful every step of the way. I also was guided by Burton Henson who was very helpful in understanding my needs. Chris Cills gave me a complete understanding of how my new car worked and answered all my questions. I think I will always drive a Mercedes from now on, not just because of the quality vehicle that makes a Mercedes what it is, but the people who made my car shopping experience a positive one, More

I have dealt with a lot of car salesmen over the years and Chris was by far the easiest to work with by far. He is a true professional. Not pushy, easy going, knowledgeable, professional and seems to really enjoy his job. Simply put, I dealt with no BS working with Chris and to me that was priority one. I would recommend Chris to anyone who is even considering a Mercedes Benz. More
Didnt even get a change to get the sales guy's name. went in looking for a CPO S550, called ahead and the car was supposed to be "pulled aside" for me. I got there and waited exactly an hour for someone to even attend to me. Now, I know I am not an attractive guy, but I was there to buy. I only sat for about 5 min and tried to negotiate a fair price of $3,000 off of list price, I hoped we would meet in the middle-- but the sales guy told me they had no room to move. REALLY bro? someone is clearly not doing their job and the used car manager is buying his cars way over book, I'd be more than happy to help allocate vehicles for this dealer, so they can also increase their profit margins. My parents had been customers of Ray Catena Edison since 1997, but moved to MB Brooklyn with Doug Wells about a year ago. Same story here.. customer service left out the door with Doug Wells. I took care of my life & family, but they didn't take care of my car. More
Zero Pressure Unique Sales Experience. I want to start by saying that I HATE BUYING CARS. The entire experience keeps me up at night. I generally do my research, know which car I want, wh I want to start by saying that I HATE BUYING CARS. The entire experience keeps me up at night. I generally do my research, know which car I want, what options I want, and generally the price that I would like to pay. Purchasing my first CPO car was a bit nerve racking however the moment I walked in the door, I realized that this would be a different experience. I've purchased from Ray Catena Lexis before, and this experience was even better. The showroom is immaculate and has both new and CPO cars intermingled. The receptionist got up from her char, walked towards my wife and I and then walked us to our sales person. Joe Natale and Tim Antoniszyn were two of the most competent, professional and enthusiastic salesmen I've ever encountered. You can tell that they really love their job. I think we were offered something to drink by 10 different people. We were shown every car we wanted to see (I did my research and knew which one I wanted) and ended up purchasing the car on the spot. At delivery, Joe didn't like mats that were in the car and made sure they put both new cloth and new all weather mats into the vehicle. Their delivery specialist went over every single piece of technology. So, here is the best part. They don't have that dreaded finance guy that you get handed off too. You don't make your deal, and then the finance guy tries to sell you the extended warranty, the tire package, the super deluxe roadside assistance. It simply doesn't happen. Joe and Tim started the process, and ended the process. They worked as a team throughout the entire deal and I was thoroughly impressed. The general manager, James Costello is also a gentleman. I knew him when he worked at a competitor brand and quite frankly, I'm glad he is at Ray Catena Mercedes. It is our first Mercedes but it will not be our last. I believe that James, Joe, and Tim will service our family's vehicle needs for years to come. Kudos! More

It was a great experience and the professionalism of my sale representative Rich Kazdan was excellent, as well the concierge William Reyes was great. He explained in detail the technology on the car. His patience to explain and his knowledge on the product was something that I never see before in a customer service. I am teacher, and I can see the difference with others dealers. The all service in Ray Catena Mercedes Benz route 22, from the first step at the main door, too the good bye at the end was unique and "Excellent" I will definitely recommend this dealer, and I will certainly be back to here for my next car. I was fortunate enough to encounter Mr. Gary Wilson who assisted me with the sale. He was kind enough to go over all of the things the car offers against other models that I had looked at such as the Audi A3. Mr. Wilson was kind enough to take the time needed to ensure that an informed decision was being made regarding my purchase. In the end, I left with my 2014 and a great big smile. Thanks to Gary and the staff there who made the purchase a great experience. I have already been back to get the car cleaned (which is complementary) and received the same excellent service. I have sent my sister to Gary Wilson and she purchased a 2011 SUV. I will certainly be back when it's time for my next car!!!! More

I've driven many high end vehicles but, never a Benz. I also vowed that I would purchase a luxury car, since I already own one and a truck. Well after dealing with Chris Popin's excellent service and patience, I am more in love with the vehicle, than the day hubby purchased it. He made me feel so comfortable with all the functions and even threw in a couple perks. Out buying process went so smoothly, I contemplated on purchasing hubby a matching vehicle. He doesn't know but, I plan to surprise him for our anniversary, with one he said he liked while we were there. I can't thank Chris & Catena enough, for the most pleasant car buying experience ever! Their selection of CPOs was impressive, and I was having my 2005 Mercedes serviced by Ray Catena Mercedes and decided to "window shop" while waiting. Their selection of CPOs was impressive, and my window shopping turned into a car buying day. My sales rep. Victor Kaczynski tried his best to get me into a 2013 C300, but while we could not meet on a price in my range, he continued to hunt inventory and showed me a gorgeous 2011 C300; the price was right and we closed the deal. All through the process Victor was the consumate professional, I was comfortable and at no time pressured, the entire process was one of the most enjoyable sales experiences The Ray Catena family pampers you and makes the customer feel special. I highly recommend this dealership and Mr. Kaczynski. More
