Fully expecting to make a quick visit and then head down to my BMW dealer, I was surprised by the knowledgable and friendly customer experience that Victor Kaczynski provided to me. He really made a great impression on me and was the reason I made the switch to Mercedes after 14 years. Yes Mthe Mercedes C class is a great vehicle, but the courteous unhurried, respectful service that I recieved every step of the way, from initial inquiry to signing on the bottom line is what made the deal. I don't know about the rest of your sales reps, but if they are all like Victor, you guys must be selling a xxxx of a lot of cars. BEST SERVICE! I went to Ray Catena Edison first to finance the CLA-250. The sales man that I was dealing with was just not trying to help me , kept insisting that I went to Ray Catena Edison first to finance the CLA-250. I was so turned off with my experience at the Edison location that I went to Ray Catena Union and had the most amazing experience! Everyone there was so pleasant and inviting the minute I walked in. He is professional, kind, patient, understanding and MOST OF ALL NOT PUSHY!! Rich takes the time to get you exactly what you are looking for at the best price possible. Without going into specifics, let me say that Rich went above and beyond to make my Mercedes experience a 5 Star one. The manager James is amazing, the finance team are terrific and Chris, who showed me the workings of my car is knowledgeable and so friendly. The dealership itself is a work of art. It is clean, welcoming and a place to really feel comfortable. The service department is first class as well. They don't try and sell you what you do not need. MOST OF ALL I HAVE FOUND RAY CATENA MERCEDES OF UNION TO BE HONEST AND RELIABLE! You cannot say that about most car dealers and most car salesmen but I promise you that once you go to RAY CATENA MERCEDES OF UNION, you will never go anywhere else. One last fact. I was involved in a head on collision 3 weeks ago (I was hit head on by a Chevy Silverado truck who lost control of his car). My one month old MERCEDES GLK WAS TOTALLED!. He hit me so hard that everything side was cracked. BUT I AM GRATEFUL TO SAY THAT ALL I GOT WAS A BROKEN FINGER AND BRUISES! THIS CAR SAVED MY LIFE!!!!! I will never drive anything else but a MERCEDES and I will NEVER go to any other dealership. RAY CATENA MERCEDES OF UNION, GOD BLESS YOU!! I love you all. More
