We took up a lease for a Mercedes through this dealership a year ago. The car was not fitting our lifestyle anymore, so we went to talk to Lenny. This place is so poorly managed I don't know where to start. We made an appointment for our car to go into service and dropped it off on time almost 2 weeks ago. As of this writing, the car has not been start. We made an appointment for our car to go into service and dropped it off on time almost 2 weeks ago. As of this writing, the car has not been worked on. In a call with a service advisor, he takled about staff shortages. There was never any communication about extended wait times when we dropped off the car. I recently have had Toyota, Dodge and Honda service with other dealers go in and out. Not at Ray Catena. Now they can't be bothered with getting our car back to us. I will not be bringing my business back to this dealer. More

I am treated like family and it feels good to know that they truly care about my experience and satisfaction. Just got my new car from Ray Catena in Union. This is my 5th lease with them! I was a little disappointed with how much inflation, the pandemic, and the car shortage has driven up prices (nearly This is my 5th lease with them!
