Best Car Buying Experience Thus Far! I came into Ray Catena (Union) not 100% certain that I'd lease a car. My mother, brother & cousin were all customers at this dealership; however, I wa I came into Ray Catena (Union) not 100% certain that I'd lease a car. My mother, brother & cousin were all customers at this dealership; however, I was leaning towards another luxury brand. After a very brief conversation with Chris Popin, I changed my mind. He knew exactly what I was looking for & guided me through the process. He must have shown me 10-12 cars & by the end of our visit, I was ready to lease. I needed more information, so Chris held the vehicle I wanted for me until the next day. I met with him around noon, & he made me feel comfortable during the 3 hours that I had to wait to ensure that all of my paperwork, insurance & trade-in were secure. As soon as the lease on my CLA250 ends, I'll be meeting with Chris for another lease. His customer service & ability to understand your needs was impeccable. Edward Moravek was extremely helpful when deciding on my exterior and interior colors, giving his option while helping me picture everything together before I got to see the car as it was being driven up from Freehold. He was very organized and definitely made us feel comfortable signing all the papers you need to sign when financing a new car. My mom was relieved no one there was pushy like some salesman can be! Lastly the GM Dan Liguori was super nice and helped me understand and feel comfortable that I could afford the car! They were all together fantastic service while not feeling overwhelmed.
