On Saturday, February 11th, 2017 I was involved in an incident with my 2006 BMW 325i. A week later, I was given notice my vehicle was unable to be repaired….I was completely crushed! My plan was to wait until the Spring to research other options, but God had another plan…. On Monday, February 20th, I said to myself “it’s time to pick up the pieces” - I called Mercedes of Union, and was blessed to have Burton Henson receive the call – I explained to him my situation, and a few hours later he had a plan in place for me – He was an absolute joy, and it’s because of him I’m in my new Mercedes – Burton is a life-saver! Thank you, Burton! I was then introduced to Stan Baum, and I test drove the vehicle – We made the deal! Stan made me feel completely comfortable and offered every service possible to ensure I was in goods hands. Stan is the best....Thank you, Stan! On Saturday, the 25th, I was pleasantly surprised to be picked up from my home by Ty. He was on time and professional! Ty followed through with the last step….He patiently went through training, and focused on all areas to ensure I was comfortable and felt confident to be on the road. Ty is amazing....Thank you, Ty! I sincerely believe this was meant to be from above. When Ty was going over my vehicle, I mentioned I always name my car……As soon as I made the deal with Stan, I was in search of the perfect name – A resolution for me in the Year 2017 is as follows…God first, give more….by Wednesday, I selected the name “Faith”….I shared the name with Ty Saturday before I knew of the following….. My sister noticed my Inspection Sticker 2 22…. ANGEL NUMBER 222. ... Number 222 has to do with balance, manifesting miracles and new auspicious and timely opportunities. Angel Number 222 encourages you to take a balanced, harmonious and peaceful stance in all areas of your life. The message is to “keep the faith” and stand strong in your personal truths. Stan is a most gracious and very competent salesperson - he was attentive to my many questions and requests, and worked tirelessly to get me exactly the car I wanted within a week of my first walking into the showroom. One feels absolutely no pressure when dealing with him. He is gentlemanly and courteous, and patiently answered the myriad questions that I peppered him with. The whole process of selecting the car, locating exactly what I wanted, having it trucked in, and arranging all the paperwork, was seamless. Whenever I had further questions during the week before the car was delivered, he was instantly available each time I called him on his cell phone. Thanks to him I have an exciting car in my garage today. Will is a truly amazing person to deal with.
