Lenny was phenomenal and have recommended to friends! I was spontaneously looking at the C class convertible -had been waiting for a convertible that was delayed at a different dealer/vendor who was just I was spontaneously looking at the C class convertible -had been waiting for a convertible that was delayed at a different dealer/vendor who was just not responsive and really not valuing the transaction (I had to keep following up with THEM a/b when car would arrive and the test drive experience/service there was awful from the start.). From the first phone call to the dealer, to the way I was introduced to Lenny immediately, to the way I was treated from start to finish- this dealership was rather impressive. Working with Lenny was nothing short of a phenomenal experience. Lenny was very respectful, genuine, efficient and mostly he appreciated my potential business. This experience (Lenny) was the reason I opted out of the other dealer/vendor (BMW!) and purchased the car/my first Mercedes. It was what one would expect from a luxury vendor, but yet so rarely encounter these days. I have recommended him to numerous friends and will most likely stay with this dealer and Mercedes from here on out. And the car... incredibly elegant lots of details/options. Thoughtfully designed and incredibly fun to drive.
