As a Ray Catena client, to make life easier when you visit our Service Center with an appointment, you'll receive a complimentary Mercedes-Benz Courtesy Vehicle. We have a large loaner car fleet to ensure Ray Catena clients still get to drive a Mercedes-Benz. Please contact a Service Coordinator to make the necessary arrangements.
Shoe Shine
Ray Catena Owners can also utilize our Shoe Shine Service in the time-honored tradition of professionals taking a break from their busy schedules to have their shoes cleaned and polished while relaxing in our lounge.

Car Wash
When you're a Ray Catena client, there's no excuse to drive around town in a dirty Mercedes-Benz. Ray Catena clients can get complimentary car washes at any of our New Jersey or New York locations.

Guest lounge
Ray Catena clients are welcome to relax in our Guest Lounge, where they can enjoy a cup of coffee, an espresso, or cold beverage. Our lounge also features a business center with high speed Wi-Fi so you can check your email, find out how the market is doing, or just surf the net. Feel like a game of pool? Our lounge also features a regulation sized pool table!

Just got my new car from Ray Catena in Union. This is my 5th lease with them! I was a little disappointed with how much inflation, the pandemic, and the car shortage has driven up prices (nearly This is my 5th lease with them! I was a little disappointed with how much inflation, the pandemic, and the car shortage has driven up prices (nearly 40%)- but Lenny was super helpful and very communicative throughout the entire process. The new car design is amazing and I’m looking forward to getting to know my new ride! Ray Catena continues to be top notch. My experience with Mercedes Benz of Union was amazing. Sales team was great, and service was just as strong. I ran into a small issue with my vehicle within a week of purchasing, and Zach in service saved Sales team was great, and service was just as strong. I ran into a small issue with my vehicle within a week of purchasing, and Zach in service saved the day. He explained the entire process to me, which helped me understand exactly how they function as a team. The manager Patty came out, introduced herself and was able to squeeze me in for service fhe following day, and have me a loaner car to drive while the repair was being made. My advisor Matthew communicated the whole time. Happy customer! More

I had a great experience with Lenny and all other staff at the dealership. I felt welcomed from my first step and was educated about Mercedes and their offerings, rather than pushed in a predetermined dire at the dealership.
