Even though, I have not been in the showroom since my last purchase in November 2006, my sales consultant Nam Su recognized me right away, he went above and beyond to make my buying experience as easy and comfortable as possible. I have been known to walk out of dealerships who resort to tactics that are insulting and a waste of my time. Price negotiations were fair, equitable and without any of the pressure that too often appear with car purchases. I drove 3 hours in the rain Wednesday morning to make my transaction. After inspecting the car, a test drive and completing paperwork in a seemless fashion, I drove off in a perfect 2010 E350 Coupe that afternoon. The Sun appeared, it seems requested just for me, for my trip home. The entire experience was professional and Michael Skarlatos was top notch. I will happily recommend him, and this dealership, to any who are interested in a Mercedes. Highly recommended! More

After a bumpy start with the service shop on our 12,000 mile check-up, I am pleased with the transaction.
