Ayman is awesome. There definitely weren't any of the typical 'games' you encounter when buying a new vehicle. I let Ayman know of what I could afford as well as some obstacles to overcome regarding the lease. I have to say, he worked hard to get the deal done. It was a stretch to keep within my budget, but we ended up getting there! The manager who finally approved the deal was quite easy to work with as well. Ayman clearly knew the brand well and also had a passion for Mercedes. It was a great buy, I got a great deal and I absolutely love the ride. I had been researching this model of MB 5 months and this was the best deal out there of all the MB dealerships in the Washington D.C Metropolitan Area. Fez was very attentive and helped with the whole buying process even though I have not bought a car yet. I did feel a bit haggled over when we had to go over the price 3-4 times, even with a check engine l process even though I have not bought a car yet. Quite surprising that a check engine light would be in a car on the sales lot and still Fez handled it very well and made sure everything was taken care of. He also was helpful buy following up on the sales process to make sure I was satisfied with my choice since moving on to other options with the end of the month coming up. More
