I was in the market for a recent experience at Mercedes-Benz of Tyson’s corner with Mr. Ayman Elasady, Internet Sales Manager, I am happy to respond. I was in the market for a new vehicle and Mercedes-Benz has been my vehicle of choice since 1979. After much deliberation and research, I found an internet site that puts potential customers in contact with numerous car dealers. I posted specific information regarding what I was looking for and my phone began ringing immediately. The very first person to call me was Mr. Elasady. Subsequent to his call, I spoke with several dealer representatives, including one that I reached out to, due to a prior history. Long story short, I cancelled an appointment with another dealer’s rep and decided to accept Mr. Elasady’s invitation to visit Mercedes-Benz of Tyson’s, following a conversation with him after he called me a second time. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was told that Mr. Elasady was busy with another customer. This was fine with me, for it signaled to me that he was a hard worker and I did not mind waiting. Once we met, he was extremely apologetic for having me wait, but I assured him it was fine. I was pleasantly surprised by his sincerity, honesty, professionalism and knowledge of the Mercedes product, including inventory. There was zero-pressure applied during our entire interaction, which by the way, was very precise and to the point, without a lot of back and forth, so commonly found at car dealerships. Cutting to the chase, I left the dealership that same evening with a beautiful new car! Mr. Elasady is the consummate professional and provided the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. I will highly recommend him to family, friends and others. He is simply the best!!! More
