Awesome Customer Service Nan Wong was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted. I drove 4 hours to the dealership on a Saturday afte Nan Wong was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted. I drove 4 hours to the dealership on a Saturday after speaking with her about the car on Friday. Even though I arrived a little after our appointment time, she held the car for me knowing I was on my way there. The car was clean with a full tank of gas...ready for me to drive it home! A sales representatives who listens and cares We are a military family that recently moved to northern Virginia and we had no idea about where to buy car after being in an accident. We were quickly looking for a replacement car and saw a car we were interested in being advertised at the Mercedes-Benz dealership. When we got to the dealership we were met by Nan Wong and as we explained our situation to her we could tell she understood and listened to us, and that made us feel comfortable we knew at that point we were in great hands! She immediately set to work and got us the best deal and we walked away with a car that we wanted and I have no regrets about the purchase, it was the easiest and best experience I have ever had buying a car.
