Ahmed was knowledgeable, informative, friendly, and very accommodating throughout the entire process. Every employee at the Tyson’s location made this entire process so enjoyable and seamless. Everyone was so friendly! I cannot say enough about the staff Thank you to Ahmed Albadri (sales), Fez (sales manager), Jae Kim (finance) all took the time to go over everything and answered all my questions. The general manager, Jason Hoover is setting the bar high. Every one was so patient and just made this the most enjoyable purchase. I loved every part of this Mercedes buying experience Officially a Mercedes owner and forever addicted! More
A Nightmare of a Purchase. I recently purchased a 2021 C-300 "pre-owned certified" vehicle from this dealer on 20th April 2023, only to have the worst experience of my life. I recently purchased a 2021 C-300 "pre-owned certified" vehicle from this dealer on 20th April 2023, only to have the worst experience of my life. Despite being advertised as "pre-owned certified," it turned out that the vehicle had not been certified at all. Moreover, the car came with several pre-existing issues that were not disclosed to me during the sale. The dealer had promised to fix the scratch on the car during the sale, but I had to go back and forth with them several times to get a "We Owe You" slip. The problems only got worse from there. On 24th April, I noticed that the ambient lighting from the passenger seat was disconnected, and the brakes were grinding and vibrating. Things got worse on 26th April when both passenger window buttons were wiggly, and the left window button fell off. Even the trunk button was wiggly and non-operational from the inside. On 3rd May, I took the car to Germantown Mercedes Benz for service, only to be informed that there was no certified pre-owned package on the vehicle. Furthermore, I was urged the front and rear brakes needed to be replaced. When I contacted Mercedes Benz Tysons VA, they sent a certified pre-owned document that was not signed by the dealer. Even after reporting the issues with the brakes and requesting that they be fixed, the dealer requested that I bring the car in for their mechanic to assess the problem, despite Germantown's previous diagnosis. Moreover, my trade-in car loan is still not paid off, and the Mercedes Benz financial department cannot seem to locate any record of my contract or the car I purchased. To sum it up, this dealer has demonstrated a total disregard for ethics, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. I strongly caution against doing business with them, and I cannot emphasize enough how disappointing my experience has been. More
One of the worst experiences I ever had. Horrible service! I went for a recall, meaning that the fault had been recognized by Mercedes and reported to the US Gov't NHTSA. They assumed the re Horrible service! I went for a recall, meaning that the fault had been recognized by Mercedes and reported to the US Gov't NHTSA. They assumed the responsibility to repair all the cars affected by the recall. First time, I was told to repair the brakes and wait for the part to come, not even offered transportation home and back to the dealership. Second time, they broke another part in trying to do the recall and tried to make me pay for it. I refused and they said that it will be covered, but more like a "favor" they were doing me. The service advisor had the nerve to tell me that they are doing this recall for free. I argued that this was not true, they get paid by Mercedes so he should not try to sell me that kind of nonsense. Instead on maximum 2 days, Thursday and Friday, they kept my car until Monday. I asked for a courtesy vehicle, but I was told that are waiting lists! What?! I was not prepared to be left without my car for 5 full days, including one weekend. These people should be ashamed of themselves. I know other dealership in the area and clearly this one is subpar with any other I can think of. Everything was wrong about my visit there. Avoid them as much as you can! They should be ashamed of themselves! More

This will be our last service visit to a Penske managed service dept. Chantilly's service dept left my wife's trunk open in a rainstorm, and the result was not quickly corrected. It took multiple visits to service dept. Chantilly's service dept left my wife's trunk open in a rainstorm, and the result was not quickly corrected. It took multiple visits to correct, it was that bad. Now with my wife's truck, we vowed to never go back to Chantilly, and now Tysons has proven to be as dismissive to actual customer service. It's as if the call center and the actual service attendants at the center are not in sync. Even though my wife made an appt, the service center had no idea my wife was going wait for the service. It was not a Sat morning drop off, and picking up Mon. He was literally surprised that my wife was expecting to get her car back the same day. The worst of it is they didn't even reset the computer after the service was completed. The computer is still saying 206 miles to service. This was it. We live 15 miles from MB Chantilly, and 30 miles from MB TC, and we're going to pass them both to go to Euro Motorcars Bethesda MD. More
