Recently purchased a pre-owned Prius for my son. Ken, the salesperson, was very professional. Treated me like I was buying an expensive Mercedes. No pressure. Also, I was told they’d fill the tank, as a courtesy, but didn’t. I suspect they probably forgot after detailing the car and I’d already spent so much time waiting. Bought an SUV in March 2020, still haven't gotten the license plates. I've dealt with several people about the issue over the past year and a half and they've all been very nice. but completely incom license plates.
