(Major issues such as having the catalytic converter replaced all the way down to little rattles) It has left me stranded with my kids on multiple occasions. When they do have it in the shop it is for weeks at a time. Currently they have had my car 2 weeks and 6 days this time. The car is not dependable. More
Poor quality of material and customer service experienced negative customer service and a service dept who would not address the defective marterial issues on my car. I was told that the defective experienced negative customer service and a service dept who would not address the defective marterial issues on my car. I was told that the defective items which were replaced under warranty and were failing again would only do it again. So they basically said I was wasting my time and theirs with this issue. More
Deceptive, Money grabbing business practices! This dealership on the face of thing seems to project a professional, honest and customer centric air of integrity, BUT! behind the scenes the truth i This dealership on the face of thing seems to project a professional, honest and customer centric air of integrity, BUT! behind the scenes the truth is far from this well oiled front. Do not misunderstand me, in the main the customer service people seem, and I am sure are, friendly honest & well intentioned. That said, somewhere, somehow, something has seriously gone wrong. I have had a litany of issues with this dealership ranging from, "oops, we made an error, we gave you an invoice for tire rotation but we did not do it, sorry your rear tires wore prematurely" In another instance "You bought the car like that" with parts of the dash gnawed on by rodents, "it didn't happen here" (my saving grace was a video taken the very morning i came in to the dealer showing the parts in question with no damage at all! Most Recently, I purchased a GLS450 very cheap but it was not working 100% so I took it in to the dealer, the service attendants recourse was "You got the car cheap, so even if you spend $5,000 in repairs., you will still be ahead of the game. Note, this statement was made prior to even seeing or inspecting the car. Imagine my surprise, the final bill came to $4,900. Now I had asked for the faulty parts that were replaced be returned to me, after 16 days of giving me a variety of excuses and reasons why I could not get the faulty parts. The service manger advised me they were thrown away!! - amongst these a seat belt was replaced that i had to enlist the assistance of a friend to repair as MB Tyler put it in wrong (the charged $2,000 for the privilege). Yes they suckered me! Please note this is the straw that broke the camels back and is by no means does this encompass the gamut of issues I have had with this so called "Mercedes Benz Dealership". Other issues relate to warranty repairs that they couldn't do but Park Place in Dallas could? Repairs that I have had to return to the dealership to have fixed numerous times, oil seals not seated correctly, daytime running lights that are repaired that then nearly fall out while driving... the list goes on & on.. I have informed the Attorney General and investigations are underway.. To any possible new or existing fiscal sponges "Caveat Emptor." More
New car purchase I have had a great experience every time I have been in the dealership. I came in this time for a recall and ended up trading for GCL 300. I have had a great experience every time I have been in the dealership. I came in this time for a recall and ended up trading for GCL 300. More
