I actually flew from Tampa Florida to buy the car and drove it back. It all started with a bad experience I had at my local dealer in Florida. I was presented a car with a warranty as a certified pre owned Mercedes and found out after I nearly took delivery that the car did not have any kind of warranty on it. I left the dealer and decided to look online one last time but expand my search to the country. I found a 2012 Mercedes CLS-63 AMG from this dealer in Tyler Texas. I called and asked to speak directly to the sales manager Jeremy, who actually picked up the phone quickly and answered all of my preliminary questions. He then had Jackson help me by providing extremely detailed pictures and an accurate description of the car. he was very thorough and literally went over the car with the smallest attention to detail. This all happened within the course of about 3 hours. Due to the extreme honesty, and very fair pricing I booked a one way ticket to go see the car the same day. The next morning I was greeted with a different salesman while I waited for Jackson to arrive. When I got to the store, they immediately gave me the keys to the car so I can look it over. I was astonished, the dealer was perfect in the depiction of the condition. The car was actually better than they described. This dealer also went so far as to perform many different services, maintenance, and even ordering a second key to sell this car with a great conscience. The story continues, Stuart the finance manager surprised me further by actually negotiating a better finance rate on my behalf so when I went to the paperwork, I actually got a lower payment than I was quoted. How many times have you went to a dealer and they end up with a lower payment than they quoted you?! Everyone from the receptionist to the lot porter was involved in the experience. They are so respectful and genuine. I feel like I was part of the family. When I drove the car back to Tampa FL, I took the car to the local dealer to go over the car one more time. The Mercedes dealer in Tampa gave the car the green light saying not only did it pass everything, this was one of the cleanest and best maintained AMG cars they have come across. Upon further inspection, they also found that the dealer in Tyler had performed even more services to the car than I knew about. I cant believe the experience I have been blessed with. As crazy as it may seem, I am inclined to actually go all the way back to this dealer the next time I buy a Mercedes. Its actually worth the distance. thank you all so much for everything. Jackson, your follow up continues and and is so impressive. Communication, honesty, and integrity is what drives these people. Nothing but the best. Safe driving everyone! More

First Time Mercedes owner Kelly Morgan was extremely attentive to my needs as I priced vehicles and compared dealerships. While some salespeople seem to hover to the point of being a nuisance, this was not the case with Kelly. I am so pleased that I was able to deal with Kelly from the beginning of the 'looking' stage through driving the car off the property. The price of the vehicle and services offered put Mercedes -Benz of Tyler at the top of my list. The extra services offered of loaners and even picking up my vehicle and delivering it should I have a need were wonderful options this dealership makes available to those who purchase a vehicle from them. Because the time which was convenient for me to pick up my car conflicted with a previous appointment for Kelly, she planned my arrival to meet with Michael McLaughlin to begin the paperwork process. Then Stuart Kazlow plainly explained additional options and services. By this time, Kelly had returned and introduced me to Laura Landrum. Laura set up the Mercedes app and clearly explained the features of my new vehicle. Laura was relaxed and enjoyable. Kelly made certain all my questions were answered and I was completely comfortable before driving my new Mercedes out of the dealership's driveway. If the service department is as detailed as Kelly and her team, Mercedes-Benz of Tyler will find me as a repeat customer! More
