Best car buying experience in 20 years! I bought a Beautiful S550 last month from Shatonia at Mercedes Benz of Tyler and I have to say it was my best car experience in then last 20 years! The process was was seamless from the first call to me receiving my keys. Shatonia really took care of me, she had my car delivered to me, my trade in picked up, extra key ordered, and I didn't even have to leave my home. I see reviews for various products all the time and wonder if it's real, THIS IS REAL. Again best car buying experience in quite some time. More

The business manager, Lana Bevill, had all of our documents ready for signatures when we arrived for delivery which was truly appreciated because this is not the norm with most dealers.
