We are loyal Mercedes Benz owners and have visited many Benz dealerships throughout the U.S. and Germany. We have always been greeted warmly and graciously until recently. We were greeted by this unshave Benz dealerships throughout the U.S. and Germany. We have always been greeted warmly and graciously until recently. We were greeted by this unshaven old man named Robert. Robert was rude, abrasive, and pushy towards us when we asked for our tire pressure to be checked. When our Benz was returned, we asked Robert if Nitrogen was used? He replied that Nitrogen is too expensive so just air was used instead. I think we will remove this dealership from our list of Benz dealerships to visit for service. More

"Low left beam" warning showed up on my dashboard at aprons 9:45AM, Dec 27, 2021. Called M-B rebirth away and they had me come in at 11:00 AM, same day. I know all dealerships have pluses and negatives on there social media. This dealership is one of the best I have ever been in. They received a frazzled custom who had to sleep in his vehicle the the r there social media. This dealership is one of the best I have ever been in. I have been in and experienced nine MB dealers in my life, from my father first MB and our training car a 180D 1958 to today or C and M class vehicles. Have 2015 Sprinter that has been into your Sprinter service three times. Two weeks out on appointments and then hours waiting for appointment, all three times.
