Mercedes-Benz of Tucson is NOT committed to providing a great experience, as we have spoke to other customers and clientele of this dealership and they agree that this greeter has been less than professional to them as well on various occasions. Further more, this dealership insists that Nitrogen is used to fill customers tires, when in reality air is used.

To MB of Tucson, the only reason pricing is a four is not your fault. MB parts and services are expensive. I have to make a living just like you. You are fair to your patrons and your service is excellent, but just like all premium brands you cost more to maintain and service. Your organization is to be admired in todays world of money, money, money. You care about your customers and their satisfaction along with the ability to maintain quality work and team members.
