Everything was great except on thing. I called 1 week ahead of time to ensure that I would have a loaner ready and I asked for a Mercedes because I had errands to run and did not want to wait around. When I arrived at the dealership, there were not any Mercedes cars available, nor for that matter, any loaners available. I had to wait about 20-30 minutes for a car. I had thought that calling one week ahead of time will ensure that a Mercedes was "put aside" for me knowing that I had requested one. My last visit I was told that it was on a first come first serve basis as far as the Mercedes cars were concerned, that's exactly why I called and made my appt. with plenty of time to ensure getting a Mercedes. My service tech that came out to my ranch yesterday was very professional, clean, & helpful. He did as I asked & was very pleasant to dela with. Service has always been great at this dealership. Rich Van Sickle should be commended. He always takes my car in for minor services even when I don't have an appointment. From the time I bought my vehicle from Renee, going through several maintanence appointments and now to the present I have nothing but good things to say about Mercedes Benz of Tucson. The only con that I have is the extremely high prices for regular maintanence. To me, it seems like price gouging for some routine services. Combined with the lack of free regular maintanence up to 50,000 miles it becomes a expensive venture to maintain a Mercedes. If Mercedes brought free maintanence back I would have absolutely no negative criticism to give. Overall, excellent dealership. More

Jason is alway great, very helpful, knowledgeable and nice. Everyone is always offering me water or coffee and is very friendly. He always makes sure that I will have a loaner if the job is expected to be 2 hours or more, and me feel at home when I take my car in for service. He is also always sure that I leave with a clean vehicle. With the outstanding waiting area, with freshly ground coffee and baked items if you are hungry, widescreen TV, and daily newspapers, it is a pleasant place to spend up to 2 hours, and you don't mind the wait. All of the employees I have encountered, from the cashier to the loaner vehicle attendants, have been very friendly. More
