I really appreciated being able to call with a problem Friday evening and getting in for service Monday. I drove up and was greeted by multiple people and was given a free loaner. I was in and out of th Friday evening and getting in for service Monday. I drove up and was greeted by multiple people and was given a free loaner. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. I couldn't come back easily that night when my car was ready for pick up and it was no problem to bring it back the next day. Again I was greeted by multiple people and my car was immediately brought around. There was no line at the cashier and my paperwork was ready. This urgent service went as smoothly as possible. I was also pleased at the low cost. I also recently had two burned out tail lights and dropped in to have them replace. They were replaced immediately at no charge and this was really nice. More
I was treated great by all employees. Stacy made special arrangements for me to have my car towed in after-hours and she had a Loaner Car waiting. I always feel that I am treated extremely fair, that they truly have my best interests at heart, and that I am taken care of! We have been coming to Mercedes Benz of Tucson for almost 17 years. We have found them to be friendly, competent, and willing to go the extra mile. We had a "special" service need that wasn't within their n 17 years. We have found them to be friendly, competent, and willing to go the extra mile. We had a "special" service need that wasn't within their normal scope of operations but Scott in the service department was more than willing to accomodate us. Great people to work with, professional demeanor,excellent service, and always a pleasure! They can be assured that when the time comes, we'll be back for another new car! Rich was handled my service very professionally. I appreciated getting the loaner while they worked on my car. It took a little longer than I expected or was told (2.5 hrs versus 1.5 hrs). I was told at 11:45 that they were washing my car and it would be ready soon. After inquiring a few more times it was finally ready at 12:30. He implied that there must have been sand all over the floor but I had the car detailed a month earlier and it was pretty clean inside and out. Overall, I was satisfied with the service. More

Svc on 1/25 - 1/27. My main complaint is that the odometer reading was reported incorrectly, adding 20,000 miles. This shows as major discrepancy on Carfax. Cause of a damaged windshield was coincidental to scheduled service. Scott diagnosed damage to windshield and settled the manner in a satisfactory with the customer.
