I expected the expensive regular "oil + service" but the highly advised trans flush was a shock since i just bought the car CPO less than a year ago. All wtty items (Oxy sensor, auto hatc service" but the highly advised trans flush was a shock since i just bought the car CPO less than a year ago. All wtty items (Oxy sensor, auto hatch sensor, broken window switch, and seatbelt latch) were fixed perfectly.... and even the minor wtty quibbles like the loose passenger window weather stripping and drooping driver side visor were fully addressed.... all is well! And the loaner car made it essentially painless. thx Bill More

My Service Advisor noticed a problem with the car after it was serviced and returned it to the bay for a quick easy repair. The dealership came to pick up my car at my house. It was a service call for a repeat problem. The car would not start when they came as I had not driven it for 3 weeks. We had a tire giving us issues (nail), we went to Discount Tire and they said a previous repair was done wrong and the tire needed replacing. We took the car to Chapman Mercedes and talked to Jeremy. Discount Tire and they said a previous repair was done wrong and the tire needed replacing. We took the car to Chapman Mercedes and talked to Jeremy. After they looked at it they called and said there was no previous repair done on the tire. Jeremy had the flat fixed for free and replaced a burnt out brake light at no charge. Jeremy was over the top friendly and said it was the second tire that day that Discount Tire had said needed replacing. Seems that Discount was drumming up business. I love how Mercedes Treated me.
