Service was excellent We took our 2007 R class in fir an oil change, fuel leak and SRS issue. We were given a loaner. A very efficient process Allen P. was an excellent salesman. He got us to the exact type of car we wanted, a C300, which we test drove. He was very good at showing us the features of both cars. The deal we negotiated a couple of days later was an efficient, brief process in which the back and forth proposals went in a minimum of time. We quickly arrived at a win-win deal within a few minutes. His after-sales service also was outstanding, as was Brandon's followup. My wife and I would come back again. More

After the sales, I found out th DON’T PURCHASE FROM MERCEDES-BENZ OF TUCSON I purchased a new Sprinter from Mercedes-Benz of Tucson in February 2020. After the sales, I found out that you are not needed anymore and that they only need to move on to their next victim. Most of the staff including the General Manager will not even return your phone call after the sale with questions or concerns. Yes during the sales process the staff was all over me to help and several told me to call with questions. So I did and they did not return any of my calls. I told Adrien the Sprinter Sales Manager that I was going to title in another state. I was told that I would still have to pay a city tax and that it was cheaper to do the sales tax in Arizona. I was also told that I would have to purchase license plates and that I will be able to receive a refund from the state of Arizona for that plate. I now have been told by the State of Arizona that I have been misled and that I will not be able to receive a refund for the license plate. This dealership has now cost me more than a 1000.00 dollars. This would have been more than enough to make up for the city tax. These people do this day in and day out and to tell me this will happen and it does not happen is unacceptable. I was also told that the Sprinter Van had options on it and after the purchase, I was not able to locate those options and that the Sprinter sales manager was going to find out what was going on. He is the expert and told me he knows these Sprinters inside and out. Well that not true. It is now the middle of March and I am still waiting on how to access these options. What I have learned from all the dealing with Mercedes-Benz of Tucson and its personnel is that if you are concerned it they are lying to you. There are no words that could begin to describe the frustration and lack of trust that has developed in the past 83 days (yes – they have had my car for 83+ days). I have been without my vehicle for what was supposed to be a simple repair with a check engine light notification. My initial costs started at $700 then escalated to a whopping $1400+ then skyrocketed to $8900+ and now sits at an astronomical $11,000! Oddly, in my opinion, the jump in cost came upon learning that my vehicle was under warranty. As well, I have requested copies of the tech notes and/or service records to explain the significant increase and detailed changes in findings from December to today. I was denied copies on at least (3) occasions – from my service advisor and “Client Relations Manager”. As of today, 2/24/20 I have not received any terms of the repairs in writing. As a customer service professional, I understand the ebb and flow of servicing customers. This situation hits a new level (progressively downward). As well, I am not a creature of social media, but this situation has caused me great stress and frustration (and a little embarrassing). Sadly he just passed away and I called the Mercedes Dealership and asked if they would buy it back. He bought it only 3 months ago. They said they would be honored. Then they gave me a price of $24,000 as a buy back offer. My father paid $19,160.00 in cash + turned in a trade of a 2018 Lexus with 20,000 miles on it. $47,000 car for only $24,000 because of 4 months of driving?!? How dare they insult me with this low ball offer! How dare they ruin the great memories he had of the dealership and how proud he was of his car! The 150 people at his Celebration of Life ALL know not to trust the Mercedes Dealership of Tucson! I hope this stunt gave the rotten salesman Tom a chuckle, trying to pull on over on a grieving family. This has given a a new low to the industry! The Arizona Daily Star might want to know how you treat your customers. I'm calling them next. This was awful immoral act and shame on you! More
Amazing Car Buying Experience I became frustrated and not trusting CarMax to purchase a pre-owned 300E in dark blue, I found a car at the Tucson location. Allen Pollack was wonder I became frustrated and not trusting CarMax to purchase a pre-owned 300E in dark blue, I found a car at the Tucson location. Allen Pollack was wonderful to work with as I went in, test drove the car and purchased it the same day. Allen paid so much attention to detail of the purchase and unbelievable with showing me ALL of the features of this car. I have NEVER had this experience from the Mercedes dealer in Sacramento. Allen makes himself always available to his customers and even helped me when I could not open the trunk. (locking feature in the glove box). Just love my new car and if I had to purchase another one, I would continue to purchase through Allen. I am Allen's greatest fan when it comes to referrals. Allen Pollack is the greatest.... More
