He and the service people appear to among the of few who know what is needed and have the skills to complete difficult jobs. The RV ran well for the rest of the run to 6,375 miles altogether. Thanks for the excellent work. If I lived in Tucson, I would recommend the service and use it as needed, and will likely visit the area again. Keep up the good work, and as I see the responses are quite good and not surprising. Let the supervisor or boss know. More
The worst Mercedes dealer I have ever been to. I cant speak for Service, only Sales and the General Manager . They are immature, liars and disrespectful. They over price cars and play games. Outstanding Customer Service and Fantastic Buying Experience Natasha Rogerson at MB Tucson is AMAZING - she took her time and allowed me to test drive 2 cars to get a full driving experience to understand the fe Natasha Rogerson at MB Tucson is AMAZING - she took her time and allowed me to test drive 2 cars to get a full driving experience to understand the features and available options. We walked through the lease options versus buying. My plan was to own but the lease option was interesting as well. I've been looking at the 2017 CPO E class for a while now and the prices were low due to the unfortunate COVID situation. I was able to score a really good deal with a great finance rate on a 2019 E300 with discounted service option, extended 3 yr warranty, (after the manufacturers warranty expires with unlimited milage), tint package, and the car is fantastic! Natasha gave me 3 options including an AMG E53 which I thoroughly enjoyed test driving. She gave me such a warm and welcoming experience that was the best I've ever had at a car dealership. I HIGHLY recommend working with Natasha Rogerson for any car for sale at the Tucson AZ, Chapman Mercedes-Benz lot. Working with the finance department was a breeze as well and Jarred Crocker totally took care of me. Great conversation with great people. Extremely personable staff with impeccable tact and style. I am one happy MB customer and I plan to come back. Long time Chapman customer as well. Extremely happy with a 2013 Honda Pilot I bought new which is still going strong.
